Meet Our Team

Shelia is our office manager. She is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. She has been in the medical field for over 30 years and transitioned into dentistry in particular 10 years ago. She and her husband moved to Colorado in 2018 for her husband’s EMS Helicopter Pilot position, serving the Boulder County community. Shelia and her husband enjoy traveling, scuba diving, and living in their mountain community. Shelia is passionate about helping our patients receive the high-quality dental care they deserve.

Cassie is our Clinical Operations Manager at Gunbarrel Dental Center. She is originally from Connecticut, but has moved back to Colorado with her husband, a Colorado native, in 2021. Cassie graduated from a DANB-certified Dental Assisting program in Connecticut in 2017 and an Expanded Duties Dental Assisting program in Colorado in 2023. She enjoys every aspect of dentistry.

Outside the office, Cassie and her husband love spending time outdoors—whether that’s hiking local trails, paddling on nearby lakes, or checking out new restaurants around the area.  She values building lasting relationships with her patients and takes pride in continuing to care for and connect with the Gunbarrel Dental Center community.

Rachelle has been practicing dental hygiene since 2011. She graduated top of her class with high honors from Pima College in Tucson, Arizona. Rachelle grew up in Prescott, Arizona, where her love of dentistry started at a young age. She is now enjoying Colorado and all this wonderful area has to offer.

Rachelle’s gentle touch and calming demeanor will put even the most anxious patient at ease. Committed to continuous learning, Rachelle enjoys applying that knowledge to impact her patient’s dental health positively. In her spare time, Rachelle enjoys hiking, watching movies, and cooking food from around the world.

Isabelle is our lead expanded duties dental assistant at Gunbarrel Dental Center. She grew up in Southern California and moved to Colorado in 2024. Isabelle has been in the dental field since she was 17 and earned her RDA license while living in California. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits.

Outside the office, Isabelle spends her time dirt biking, going to the gym, and working on renovations to her inherited home. She enjoys continuing to build relationships with our patients and being a trusted part of their care at Gunbarrel Dental Center.

Olivia is one of our expanded duties dental assistants at Gunbarrel Dental Center. A Colorado native, she grew up here in Boulder County. Olivia is passionate about providing high-quality care and ensuring every patient has a positive experience in the dental chair.

Outside of work, Olivia stays busy enjoying the Colorado outdoors, whether she’s snowboarding in the winter or hiking local trails in the summer. Olivia is excited to be part of a team that helps patients feel confident in their dental health.
